A reservation requires full payment for day retreats, $600 for weekend retreats and $1,000 for week retreats.

Myofascial release is a term broadly used to imply work on the muscles and fascia to eliminate pain and restore motion. We use sustained pressure into myofascial restrictions with or without movement to allow the connective tissue fibres to reorganise themselves in a more flexible, functional way. Fascia is very densely woven connective tissue that covers and connects every muscle, bone, nerve, artery and vein as well as all the internal organs. It’s one structure that connects from head to toe without interruption.

We are planning our last day retreat for 2023, a day dedicated to you. Sometimes at this time of the year we have a tendency to burn the candle at both ends. Come and have some me-time, fill your kete with haauora practices, delicious food made with aroha and a setting to restore your mauri.
We will have blocks, blankets and straps available. Bring a bolster if you have one. Our day is fully catered - vegetarian.
